Admission Procedure

Admission forms are available from the first week of January each year. Duly filled forms must be submitted at the school office between 8:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. on working days.

Selection is made on the basis of a test and interview. For Nursery & LKG admissions, there will be no written test. The child should be at least 3 years old as of 1st April of the admission year.

A Transfer Certificate (T.C.) or Birth Certificate along with two recent passport-size photographs must be attached to the form.

For withdrawal, all dues for the academic year must be cleared. A student may be expelled on grounds of gross indiscipline, irregular attendance, or non-payment of fees.

Academic Year [2025–2026]

The academic session at Gyan Ganga Vidyapith begins on 1st April and ends on 31st March as per CBSE norms.

School Uniform

Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri	Check blue shirt, black half coat, black full pant, grey socks, black shoes
Wednesday	House T-shirt, black trouser, white socks, white shoes
Saturday	Civil dress

Note: If, for any reason, a student cannot wear any part of the required school uniform, the matter should be informed to the Principal in writing and prior permission must be taken. The school office can be contacted for uniform details.
